Morse Code @ the Staten Island Children’s Museum

This exhibit is to give all patrons a hands on experience with Morse code, the first form of transmitted communication. The pieces on display outline the significance of Morse code and its effect. Presently on display at this site is a Morse Code Simulator, Morse code keys, and a lifeboat radiotelegraph transmitter-receiver.

Using the Morse Code Simulator, Children are able to key Morse code and see what they are typing displayed out in English on the screen.
